What types of shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer flat rate via USPS & 2 day - 3 day priority via USPS. We are constantly searching for the best shipping options as things are quickly changing due to supply chain & shortages.

Does LP offer free shipping? 

Yes! Due to inflation though :( We only offer free shipping for orders $50+ 

Do the balm products melt during shipping?

We have tested our products by shipping them from east to west and have handled the heat well & received intact. However, we cannot control temperature changes, there may be some days where it is extremely hot & delays may occur so some melting may happen. Our product lock cap will help keep the product in and will decrease the chance of the product inside from melting through the packaging. If melting happens, please pop it in the fridge right away and keep it there for 30 to 60 minutes & it will be good to go again! :)

My order says it has arrived but missing?

Once we have shipped the orders they are then under the shipping carrier's responsibility. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to assist you & file a claim. 

My order arrived but is damaged?

We hate for this to happen so we make sure during fulfillment that we pack your order safely and secured. However, once your order is shipped, it is then the carrier's responsibility. 

Why is my order delayed?

Unfortunately, even with flat rates & special shipping options a delay may still occur. Once we ship the orders we no longer have control over shipping times. We do our very best to make sure that your order gets to you as soon as possible by shipping them before cut off times. 

I would like a rush order, is this possible?

Yes! Please place your order before 10am EST for overnight or guaranteed 2 day shipping & please note this in the note section of your order.

**If you have a rush big order, we advise to please contact us at hello@littlepetriots.com because usually, we would need 2-3 days for processing. However, we can chat to see the possibility of a big rush order so we can guide you through and guarantee the order to arrive at the date you desire.**

Returns & Exchanges

Does LP accept returns & refunds?

Yes we do! Although we hope you love all LP's products right away, we understand that each pet is different. So, we have a 14 days money back guaranteed for your peace of mind. We also offer store credits & exchanges. Please contact us hello@littlepetriots.com to further assist you.

How about shipping for returns?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for returns at this time. You as a pawstomer will be responsible for return label postage. Please contact us hello@littlepetriots.com to further assist you.
